The Green Resort Bran policy

By making a reservation or by lodging at any of the accommodation units belonging to Green Resort Bran, the customer expressly agrees to the General Terms and Conditions.

Arrival and departure – accommodation is made starting with the hour 14:00 o’clock, and the release of the rooms is made no later than 12:00 o’clock. At the request of the clients and according to the available rooms, the time of release of the location can be exceeded by no more than 6 hours above 12:00 o’clock, for a fee (50% of the rate for one night). Delay of more than 6 hours is charged 100% of the rate for one night. Accommodation is based on ID (identity card, passport).

Obligations of the client – the customer is liable for the damage caused on the property, either intentionally or unintentionally , to other customers or staff, buildings, furniture and equipment of the Resort. It is strictly forbidden the introducing of household appliances (coffee maker, fruit juicer, iron, kettle, etc.) in the rooms of the resort.

Booking conditions – in order to guarantee the reservation at standard rates it is necessary to pay the
equivalent of the first night of accommodation within 3 days from its completion. If the booking is canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If the booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. In case of shorter stay during the stay, the client
accepts and undertakes to pay unconditionally the value of the entire stay ordered initially.

Privacy of data – Green Resort Bran guarantees the privacy of all customers' personal data. Personal data collected when making a booking or providing travel services will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where Green Resort Bran has to comply with the obligations imposed by the legislation in force.

Safety – – the resort is supervised by a video system. Resort does not accept liability for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items within the Resort (bedroom, livingroom, yard and și parking). The resort does not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to inappropriate use of the Resort facilities.

Behavioral – the resort reserves the right to refuse to accommodate drunk, rude or turbulent customers who, by their attitude, damage the Resort’s image or disturb other customers. The resort reserves the right to select its clients.

Pets – pets are not allowed in the resort. Green Resort Bran has the right to refuse to accommodate guests accompanied by pets subject to the cancellation of the reservation and the payment of a penalty equal to the full value of the services related to the first night of accommodation; the same penalty shall also apply if the presence of pets or companion birds in the Resort is found after the accommodation.

Complaints – complaints about the quality of the provided tourist services will be made locally during the stay of the tourists in the Resort. Complaints after the end of the stay will not be considered by the Resort. Complaints about damage caused by the theft, destruction or damage to property brought by the client to the Resort must be brought to the attention of the administrator within one hour from the date of the event’s finding.

Applicable law/Litigation – the rights and obligations of the parties under the general terms and conditions, as well as all the legal effects of the general terms and conditions, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force.
